What is an Account Manager?
Two users can access your Toolkit and Urchin statistics, the Account Manager and the Package Manager.
Account Manager information should be held only by individuals who have full authority to manage all aspects of all domain names under an account.
Accessing the Toolkit as Account Manager
When you access the Toolkit (http://toolkit.myob.com.au) as Account Manager, you are able to manage all of your hosting packages as well as details of your account with myob. An Account Manager may also upgrade existing packages or add new ones.
To access the Toolkit as Account Manager, use your account's primary email address and your Account Manager password.
Contact Technical Support (support@myob.com.au or 1800 995 645) if you have forgotten your Account Manager password; for security reasons we do not provide a mechanism that will send it to you automatically.
Paying an invoice or renewing your service
To pay an invoice or renew your service, you must provide your Account Manager information.
Accessing Urchin as Account Manager
When you access your Urchin statistics (http://urchin.myob.com.au) as Account Manager, you will have access to all statistics for all packages on your account.
